to meta which essentially cements their
plan of creating a massive metaverse
inside of virtual reality where people
can essentially live alternate lives
such as the movie ready player one by
steven spielberg now if you haven't seen
it i suggest checking it out if not at
least read a summary so you can
understand what the metaverse is and why
it's so exciting and important for you
to know about in this video we're going
to be counting down the top three
altcoins and projects inside of the
metaverse that you've never heard of
that you can actually potentially get
into early and total for the long term
to potentially see some of those juicy
games so without further ado let's jump
into the top three cryptocurrency
altcoins in the meadowverse the first
project that i've been looking into and
i found really interesting myself is
actually a project called my neighbor
alice now while it's not the best game
it does give me a lot of nostalgia about
games that i used to play in my
childhood and if you're as old as i am
you probably remember a game called
animal crossing where essentially you
could do very casual little things such
as farm and grow your actual property
and do things similar to games such as
harvest moon and many other games that
have come out since now within the game
my neighbor alice there's a few things
that i think are really interesting
dynamics and technology that have the
potential to make this game take off the
first aspect is people already
understand what the game is about
because they have something to actually
associate it with just like i actually
compared it to animal crossing which is
a very popular game that most gamers
have at least heard about it makes it
very clear to make those comparisons
which actually helps a lot via word of
mouth marketing and many other
downstream effects the second part of
the game is that it's relatively simple
and casual which means that not only the
hardcore gamer demographic is going to
find this game interesting more people
might find it interesting who just like
casual gaming building up their farm you
know actually uh buying animals from the
marketplace and doing the other things
that it actually offers in game now
alice tokens actually serve as an
in-game currency that you can use to
actually buy animals buy land and do
many other in-game transactions that
actually allow you to expand and have
more fun playing now the thing that i
like about players being able to earn
alice tokens by completing quests is
that continues to bring people back
similar to how world of warcraft you had
to compete quests with your friends and
they're always adding new quests and new
things to accomplish it keeps you
playing the game and ultimately the
longer that players play a game the more
money and you know larger and more
popular a game can actually become
through network effects of more users
bringing more users and when there's
more users it's more valuable there's
more things to do and it actually builds
on itself like we've seen many times
before with games such as roblox or even
fortnite another cool thing is that
token holders can actually stake their
crypto and earn rewards to do so which
helps with liquidity amongst many other
things for the alice coin now the value
of alice tokens has actually decreased
significantly since the actual
announcement of the project but
according to their website it is
actually scheduled to release the full
game sometime in 2022 so the fact that
the game is as big as it is with as much
marketing word of mouth and interest as
it has is a good sign in my opinion that
once the game is actually released or at
least leading up to the release i am
confident and i'm going to be investing
back into alice myself to watch it
actually rise back up as the game starts
to do more pr and marketing upon their
release now generally with the stock
market what you hear is buy the rumor
sell the news and so i personally am
going to be buying leading up to the
initial release but once the release is
actually out i'm going to be selling
before that time to see how the market
actually ends up sorting itself out i'm
not the type of investor to stick it out
through those areas of volatility so you
have to decide for yourself what your
risk profile is and what you're
comfortable with the second metaverse
cryptocurrency coin that has a lot of
ridiculous upside is a project and coin
called network now the network token can
actually be used to buy assets within
the digital world and within the
metaverse such as land and houses and
many other items and things of that
nature and by using the network token to
actually generate nfts you'll be
rewarded for doing so and when you can
earn additional income just by creating
your nfts on the network protocol that
means that you now have the opportunity
to earn additional income which is
pretty cool another awesome use case of
the network token is actually the
ability to buy what's called ad space
tokens which essentially allow users to
actually buy advertising space inside of
the metaverse inside of the digital
world some other cool parts about the
network project and coin are the fact
that like many other projects you can
actually stake network and actually earn
passive income to do so and it's also
pretty cool that network has been listed
on some very large cryptocurrency
exchanges as well such as kucoin another
cool part about the network project is
you can actually use these vehicles
inside of the metaverse to actually
travel with your friends or other people
that you're playing with or move
throughout the metaverse actually in a
stylish vehicle and when you think about
it there's actually not a huge amount of
difference between buying a lamborghini
for the status that it gives you in the
real world versus buying a digital yacht
inside of the metaverse for the same
status that it gives you to your
metaverse friend and with the coin
already having a crazy run what i'm
waiting for personally is about a 20 to
30 percent correction from the all-time
highs for me actually to start dollar
cost investing into this project once a
month with something that i'm
comfortable actually putting into the
project for the long term now the third
and final metaverse cryptocurrency
altcoin that we're gonna be talking
about we'll get to in one second but

what d-race allows you to do is actually
create your own nft horses and then
actually participate and even run horse
races yourself all for real money via
their cryptocurrency another thing i
like about it is like some of the other
projects we talked about this is play to
earn which means that people actually
have a very real incentive to
participate in these things because they
can actually earn real money doing so
another cool part about this project is
it does a really good job of actually
integrating their coin with their nft
now you can actually create your own
completely unique nft horse that you can
actually use for racing you can also
sell the horses that you actually meant
via nfts on their open marketplace which
means that if you have a horse that's a
consistent winner it could actually be
worth a significant amount of real money
to a buyer that wants to use that horse
to race for themselves another cool part
about this project is you can create
what's called a hippodrome now
essentially what a hippodrome was was a
chariot or horse racing stadium which
means that you can actually create your
own hippodrome where you can host horse
races for other people which allows you
even further ways to actually earn money
